Starting this Thursday, January 7th, at 6:30 pm we will be sponsoring a Bring
Your Own Bike spin class (cycling fitness) at the shop. We will provide six trainers
for participants to use. These trainers are available on a first call first reserved
basis. Reservations will only be taken after 12:00 pm on the day of the class
by calling the shop at 852-9553. You can also bring your own trainer and not
worry about making a reservation.
Classes will start promptly at 6:30 pm so arrive with enough time to get your
bike set up. The shop is chilly this time of year so bring appropriate clothing.
We will continue the class every Tuesday and Thursday evening until the first
week of March when the weather should be better and the shop should be busy.
This class is being sponsored free of charge.
